All Foxtrot Organics orders are packed with love and shipped from Byron Bay, NSW. Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday (AEST).
Orders usually leave our Byron Bay HQ within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can stalk your parcel all the way to your door.
- Australia: 2–5 business days (rural areas may take longer)
- NZ: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: Varies by region ~ typically 7–15 business days.
Yes! Foxtrot goes global. We ship worldwide directly from Byron Bay, NSW. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
For Australian orders, it’s all covered. For international orders, local duties or import fees are your responsibility. We’ll include everything needed for smooth customs clearance.
We process orders fast (we’re keen to get your skincare to you), so we can’t guarantee changes after checkout. If you made a mistake, email us ASAP at hello@foxtrotorganics.comand we’ll try our best.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for orders placed via foxtrotorganics.com. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through retail partners.
Email us at hello@foxtrotorganics.com within 30 days with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it quickly.

Yes, our formulas in ALL of our products are COSMOS and Eco Cert organic certified We don't believe in Greenwashing and claiming to be 'organic' when you're not. We believe “clean” should actually mean something.
Absolutely. All of our products 100% Certified Organic and we only use the best ingredients. Please note, even though ALL of our products are safe for all ages - it doesn't mean that we recommend that all ages use all products. We have specifically formulated products such as Quench me, Dew Me All Over, Rub Me Better etc to be gentle enough for ages 2 + and designed to soothe even the most sensitive skin but products such as Make Me Rich and Dew Me contain powerful actives which beautiful, young, skin should avoid.
Always cruelty-free. Most products are vegan, any exceptions (e.g. beeswax in balms) are clearly stated on each product page.
Stop use immediately and consult a professional if needed. Send us details and a photo so we can investigate batch and ingredients.
Yes, our formulas play well with others. If you’re using actives (retinol, AHA/BHA, etc.), patch-test first and listen to your skin.
