Refund policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the deal:

Change of Mind

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind (our products are way too good to be doing the boomerang thing). So please choose carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, we’ll sort it. Just email us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, what went wrong, and a pic so we can fix it fast.

If we cannot replace the product, we will offer a gift voucher or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of Foxtrot Organics.

By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms:

1. If you received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your parcel. 

2. In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item.

3. If you receive an item which is deemed by Foxtrot Organics as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund.

Reactions

Our formulas are certified organic, clean, and gentle — but skin can be unpredictable. If you experience a reaction, stop using immediately and get in touch with us at [your email address]. We’ll review your case and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

How to Return

  • Email us first — don’t just send it back.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging where possible.

  • We’ll cover the return shipping if the issue is on us (faulty/damaged).

  • For any approved returns, we’ll process your refund or replacement once the product is back with us.

Final Word

We don’t resell returned skincare (ew, gross), so every return hits us hard. That’s why we ask you to double-check your picks before hitting buy. But if something does go wrong, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
