Our warehouse works hard Monday to Thursday to get your goodies out the door. Here’s what you need to know:
Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you don’t see it, check your junk/spam folder (sometimes we end up there — rude).
Shipping Details

We’re not liable for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Double-check your address before you hit buy. If it’s wrong and your parcel goes missing, we can’t refund you.

Any unclaimed or undeliverable parcels returned to us will be resent at the customer’s expense.
Safe Drop & Delivery Instructions

If you request a safe drop or ask for your parcel to be left unattended, that’s at your own risk. We’re not responsible if it gets stolen once delivered.
PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes in Australia only. Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO Boxes outside Australia.
Final Word
We’ll always do our best to get your Foxtrot fix to you quickly and safely. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier — but if something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll help where we can.
